What foods and how much do I need to get DV?

  • 3 ounces oysters (about 6 medium) = ~500% DV

  • 3 ounces beef chuck roast = ~50% DV

  • ½ cup cooked lentils = ~15% DV

  • 1 ounce pumpkin seeds = ~20% DV

Do I need a supplement for everyday health?

Not usually if you eat meat, seafood, or seeds regularly. Vegetarians, vegans, and those with digestive issues may struggle to get enough and could benefit from a supplement.
