Olive Oil

Many non-organic olive oils are blended with cheaper seed oils or come from pesticide-sprayed crops. Choosing certified organic, cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil ensures purity, higher antioxidants, and no chemical residues.

Avocado Oil

A heart-healthy oil rich in monounsaturated fats and antioxidants. Choose cold-pressed, unrefined, and organic avocado oil to avoid chemical solvents and retain its natural nutrients and mild flavor.

Why it’s complicated: “Organic” vs. “Clean Fats” in Mayo

Even organic mayonnaise often uses canola or sunflower oil, which are high in omega-6 fats and easily oxidized. Avocado oil may be the better choice for most store-bought mayo — even when not organic — because avocados are on the Clean 15 list and naturally low in pesticide residue. Olive oil can also be a healthy fat, but most “olive oil” mayos are blended with cheaper seed oils and contain only a small amount of olive oil.
The key is choosing a mayo made with 100% pure avocado oil, minimal ingredients, and no seed-oil blends.

Ranch Dressing

Riega Organic Ranch Seasoning is a refreshingly clean take on ranch — made with nothing but organic herbs, spices, and sea salt. No preservatives, seed oils, or artificial additives. Just mix with avocado oil mayo or Greek yogurt for a creamy, flavorful dressing or dip. It’s proof that simple, real ingredients can taste even better than the bottled versions.
