Creamy Orange Dream

Ingredients
-
12–16 oz San Pellegrino Sparkling Natural Mineral Water
-
2 Tbsp coconut cream (or oat milk for a lighter texture)
-
½ tsp Cook’s Pure Orange Extract (start here and adjust to taste)
-
2 tsp allulose
-
½ tsp agave syrup
-
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
-
Optional: tiny pinch of sea salt and a few drops of lemon juice to brighten
-
Ice
In a glass, stir together the coconut cream, allulose, agave, orange extract, and vanilla until silky and well blended. Add a pinch of salt and a drop or two of lemon juice if you’d like extra balance. Fill the glass with ice, then slowly pour in sparkling or mineral water, letting it foam and swirl into a creamy fizz. Stir gently and taste — add another splash of orange extract for a bolder citrus hit or a little more agave for extra sweetness.
Grape Fizz

Ingredients
-
12–16 oz Topo Chico Mineral Water
-
3–4 Tbsp 100% Concord grape juice (Lakewood Organic or similar)
-
¼–½ tsp Nature’s Flavors Organic Concord Grape Extract (start small, adjust to taste)
-
2 tsp allulose
-
½ tsp agave syrup
-
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
-
1 tsp lemon juice (balances sweetness and adds that soda-shop bite)
-
Pinch of sea salt (rounds flavor and enhances fruitiness)
-
Ice
In a glass, stir together the grape juice, grape extract, allulose, agave, vanilla, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until well mixed. Add ice, then slowly pour in the sparkling or mineral water, letting the foam rise gently. Stir once more to blend the flavors. Taste and adjust — add a few more drops of grape extract for bolder depth or a bit more lemon for brightness.
Root Beer Revival

Ingredients
-
12–16 oz Gerolsteiner Sparkling Mineral Water
-
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
-
½ tsp wintergreen extract (or 3–4 drops if highly concentrated)
-
½ tsp sarsaparilla extract (optional but gives that deep, authentic root-beer note)
-
1 Tbsp molasses or 1 ½ Tbsp maple syrup
-
Pinch of cinnamon and/or clove
-
Tiny pinch of sea salt
-
Optional: 1–2 Tbsp coconut cream (for a creamy float-style version)
Whisk together the vanilla, wintergreen, sarsaparilla (if using), molasses or maple syrup, and a pinch of spice in your glass until smooth and aromatic. Add a tiny pinch of sea salt to round the flavor, then fill the glass with ice. Slowly pour in sparkling or mineral water, stirring gently as the rich base lifts into a foamy fizz. Taste and adjust as you like.

Mineral Water Infusions
Mineral water has flavor and character — something that naturally nourishes you. Those minerals don’t just make it taste richer; they also make it more hydrating and balanced
Strawberry-Lime Sparkle

-
3 sliced strawberries
-
2 thin lime rounds
-
Fill glass or carafe with chilled mineral water (Gerolsteiner or Mountain Valley work beautifully)
-
Optional: add fresh mint or basil

Why It Works: Sweet-tart flavor balance; strawberries add vitamin C and antioxidants, lime brings brightness and natural acidity.
Cucumber-Mint Cooler

-
4 thin cucumber slices
-
3 fresh mint leaves, lightly crushed
-
Fill with Perrier Sparkling Natural Mineral Water and chill for 10 minutes before serving

Why It Works: Cucumber and mint calm digestion and add an ultra-refreshing spa flavor.
Sunshine Splash

-
1 orange slice
-
1 lemon slice
-
1 lime slice
-
A few fresh mint leaves
-
Fill with Topo Chico chilled mineral water

Why It Works: A citrus blend that spans sweet, tart, and tangy — providing a mix of vitamin C, flavonoids, and carotenoids. Bright, refreshing, and naturally energizing without sugar or caffeine.
Homemade Electrolyte Drink
Most store-bought electrolyte drinks are loaded with dyes, artificial flavors, and synthetic sweeteners. This version gives you real electrolytes — sodium, potassium, magnesium — from natural sources that hydrate more effectively and taste fresh.
Real Recharge

-
12–16 oz mineral water (or filtered water if that’s what you have)
-
1–2 tsp pure coconut water (adds potassium and natural sweetness)
-
â…› tsp sea salt (provides sodium + trace minerals)
-
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (natural glucose helps electrolyte absorption)
-
Juice of ½ fresh lime (vitamin C + flavor boost)

Why It Works:
This combination mirrors your body’s natural fluid balance — sodium pulls water into cells, potassium and magnesium keep it there, and glucose helps absorption. The lime and honey make it refreshing and alkalizing instead of artificially sweet or acidic.
