Conventional flours often contain pesticide and glyphosate residues from pre-harvest sprays. Choosing organic means avoiding those chemicals and supporting cleaner farming. From baking to quick mixes, organic flours offer a healthier foundation.

Organic Ancient Grains

Ancient grains like einkorn, spelt, and farro have remained largely unchanged for thousands of years. They offer richer nutrients, more flavor, and are often easier to digest than modern wheat. While they do contain gluten, it’s typically less concentrated and less processed—making them a gentler option for those with mild sensitivities (though not safe for celiac disease).

Organic Gluten-Free Flour

Gluten-free flours—like almond, coconut, rice, and oat—offer great alternatives for those avoiding gluten. Each has its own texture and flavor, so combining a few often gives the best results. Look for organic options when possible to avoid pesticide residues, especially in flours made from grains, nuts, or legumes.

Binders like xanthan gum, guar gum, or psyllium husk are commonly added to improve texture in baking. Some organic brands contain these binders. Just check the label to ensure all ingredients meet your clean standards. The flours listed below do not have binders, additives or fillers.
